In this 40 minute workout, we will be using the mini stability ball. You can use a range of sizes of the ball for this workout and I encourage you to try the workout more than once using different sizes to see how the challenge changes. We will work down on the mat to challenge the abdominal muscles and also work on length and mobility through the spine and hips. This is a fun workout that is great for all levels.
