In this 20 minute session, we will be using the foam roller down on the mat to add a lot of challenge to our workout. The foam roller is a wonderful tool to challenge our plank position with instability making our whole body work that little bit harder. We pick up the tempo here and get that heart rate pumping too! You can use a small or longer foam roller for this session. This session is more of an intermediate level.
