In this 31 minute class, we will use the mini loop band and small weights. If you don't have any weights, then you could use two filled water bottles and if you don't have a mini loop band, you could tie a flexband or an old pair of stockings for the same result. The added resistance from the equipment will help to activate your glutes and arms that little bit more to give you a full body work out! This session is good for beginners as well as the intermediate and advanced client.
