This is a 20 minute session down on the mat, in both a seated and lying down position. We will use weights in this session to add more resistance for our arms. If you don't have any weights, then you could fill a couple of drink bottles or take a couple of cans of food from the cupboard and use those instead. You could also do the session with no weights as well and just continue with the movements.
