In this 28 minute session we will work on exercises that help to strengthen us in our golf stance - we will work on our glute strength, abdominal strength, power through rotation and mobility. We will begin in a standing position and then make our way down on to the mat for some more exercises (but you can stay in standing if you prefer too). The golf club is used to help give us more feedback, but if you don't have a golf club handy, that is OK as well. This session is great for all levels.
