In the golf series, I will take you through a range of warm ups, strengthening sessions and cool downs that you can do either at the course before a round or at home. The sessions have been designed to focus on mobility, balance, strength, rotational power and your golf fitness to help improve your golf game. Sessions either require the use of a golf club or no equipment.
