Subscriber Content - Prenatal

It is imperative that you have a Doctor's clearance to undertake prenatal exercise. These sessions have been designed for a specific client who has trained with me for many years. Some of the exercises may not be appropriate for you in your pregnancy and whilst I do my best to provide options during the sessions, I cannot always do so! If something does not feel good, then please do not keep doing it. There will be a variety of equipment used - small weights, mini loop band, flexband. If you do not have these, you can use your own bodyweight! These sessions are good for all levels. They will work your whole body to make you feel strong, confident and mobile.
