In this 43 minute workout, we will use mini weights and a mini loop band to add extra challenge into our session. We will be working on the whole body in this session focusing on strengthening our arms, activating and strengthening our glutes and our TVA. If you do not have these pieces of equipment you could use 2 cans of beans from the kitchen or an old pair of stockings tied up instead. This session was designed specifically for one my clients in her second trimester. It is imperative to have a Doctor's clearance to be able to undertake a prenatal program. If at any stage you feel unbalanced, dizzy or lightheaded, please stop. This session is suitable for all levels but better suited for someone who has done Pilates before and is already do other activities during pregnancy.
