In this 29 minute class, we complete a Pilates circuit. We add in weights to make the exercises a little more challenging - you don't have to go too heavy with the weight and if you don't have any weights handy, then you could use two filled water bottles instead. The session works through 3 different sets of exercises - one in standing, one in seated and one in 4 point kneeling. Each set has 4 different variations. Once we've run through them all, then we'll repeat the whole thing another two times. It is a wonderful way for us to build strength, increase our heart rate and work the whole body! This session is ideal for all levels, whilst increasing the intensity, there are also options to work at your own pace.
