In this 16 minute workout, we will be working the whole body! The class will focus on intermediate exercises and trying to complete them with fewer rests and at a faster pace, while still maintaining our excellent form. This class is aimed at those who are more comfortable with the matwork exercises and are looking to get a full body workout in a short period of time. No equipment is required.
