This is an 18 minute session, which uses the fitness circle. We will use the circle up in a standing position to add more resistance for our upper body and challenge our legs as well. You will feel a full body blast in this session and feel fabulous afterwards! This session is aimed at all levels, with variations to suit your level experience.
