In this 29 minute session, we will use the flex band up in a standing position. The extra resistance from the flexband will allow us to add more work for our arms as well as our legs and get the heart rate pumping! We will finish off with some beautiful releases to help lengthen and open your upper body as well. If you don't have a flex band then you could use an old pair of stockings. We pick up the intensity in this session, with a few more challenging moves, but there are options for all levels.
