In this 2 minute video, I give you a guide on how to find a comfortable seated position when you're down on the mat. For many of us, sitting on the floor in a cross-legged position or with our legs straight out in front, may leave us slouching or feeling tension in our hips. This guide shows you some different options on how to alleviate any tension and find a nice, tall seated position.
