In this 25 minute session, we will work down on the mat and build on a little more challenge from Flexion Free 1. We will add more work in 4 point kneeling, challenging our obliques, scapula strength and glutes, without adding any flexion. Often we may be advised not to add flexion into our sessions, so this session is a great place for us to work and still feel challenged! No equipment is needed in this session. This session is aimed at all levels, with variations to suit your level experience.
