In this 30 minute session, we will use our Pilates exercises in a circuit style of training. We will have 4 different exercises, which we will do 10-12 repetitions of and then repeat 3 times. When we finish the first group, then we will move on to a new 4 exercises and repeat in the same format and then a final group of 4 exercises as well! The session will increase your heart rate and the load for your whole body, leaving you feeling energised and fantastic! No equipment is needed for this session. This session is aimed at all levels, with variations to suit your level experience.
