In this 19 minute session, we will work in a standing position to provide the body with a recovery type session. We will focus on movements that the fascia love such as bouncing, oppositional patterns, pulses, unpredictable movement and flow. You will feel lengthened, energised and as though you have more space in your spine after this session. No equipment is needed. This session is great for all levels.
