In this 17 minute session, we will use the flexband to help us through a recovery session. The flexband adds a lovely resistance to assist us in finding some more length, rotation and space in our body. You will feel fabulous after this one! If you don't have a flexband, then you could use a long towel or a pair of old stockings as well. This session is great for all levels.
